One Times Square

Built as the headquarters to The New York Times, the 25-story building that gave Times Square its name is being modernized into a 21st century visitor center for New York City. As part of that modernization, building owner Jamestown selected SNA Displays to upgrade One Times Square with several LED video assets from its EMPIREâ„¢ Exterior line of outdoor display technology.

Media company New Tradition manages advertising on the digital-out-of-home assets for One Times Square.

The most prominent display is a 12-story LED spectacular on the tower's east side. Starting at the 2nd floor, the approximately 44-foot-wide display reaches nearly 150 feet high. Covering more than 6,500 square feet of digital canvas, the 12 mm LED spectacular packs in 4.2 million pixels (3,780 x 1,110). It faces the pedestrian portion of Broadway and can be seen from W 43rd Street and many angles of Times Square, including SNA Displays' headquarters at 1500 Broadway.

A smaller 12 mm display also faces Broadway on the building's east side. At 21'3" x 27'2" (540 x 690), this digital out-of-home (DOOH) platform offers 577 square feet of advertising space.
