After the opening of its Mexico City office last month, Sansi North America (SNA) has continued expanding its footprint south of the border by serving as a major sponsor during Expo Publicitas, one of the largest annual advertising and marketing tradeshows in Mexico and Latin America.
The tradeshow, which took place May 24 through 26 at the Centro Citibanamex convention center in the city’s western region, featured hundreds of vendors across a multitude of industries, including digital signage, digital marketing, and event production. Through its sponsorship, SNA was able to continue building relationships in Mexico City and Latin America while also introducing itself to potential clients unfamiliar with SNA’s work in the LED industry.
“Expo Publicitas is the most important marketing and advertising show in Latin America; it has been around for almost 20 years,” says Regina Sequeiros, managing director of SNA Mexico. “Having a presence at the show is important because we’re bringing our LED quality and services to Latin America—especially to this industry that is rapidly growing.”
In addition to sponsoring the tradeshow, SNA also held an invitation-only reception on the evening of May 25 that was attended by more than 100 guests and featured a live concert performed by a local DJ and musicians. Following the celebration, on May 26 Dennis Hickey, president of SNA, offered a presentation on the topic of “Success in Digital Spectaculars,” which served as a platform to introduce area business leaders to the company and its extensive experience in the LED technology marketplace in the United States and worldwide.
