Toyota El Cajon

SNA Displays and customer sign maker YESCO retrofitted the aging LED portion of a pylon sign at the Toyota El Cajon dealership and service center northeast of San Diego with 10 mm EMPIRE™ Exterior video technology. The 80-foot on-premise advertising platform faces Interstate 8/Kumeyaay Hwy, which has an average traffic volume of 137,500 vehicles per day.

The original dual-faced digital signage employed a 25 mm pixel pitch. Representing a significant upgrade, the new 10 mm pixel pitch offers a much higher resolution of 432 x 768 pixels and more than six times the pixel density. The LED screens on each side are approximately 14 feet tall by 25 feet wide.
