Iconic Salesforce West Lobby Video Wall
The iconic “Salesforce Waterfall” video display at 50 Fremont Street in San Francisco was built by SNA Displays and has been setting trends since 2015. The 106’ long and 12’7” tall video wall is a 2.5 mm BOLD™ Interior dvLED that is designed as part of the lobby’s architecture and was refreshed in 2026.
The Salesforce West lobby video wall was the first of its kind and is well known for its highly detailed content. The realism of its water effects and the immersion of its nature content caused some to call this digital lobby centerpiece the "Salesforce waterfall screen" or "Salesforce lobby forest."
Accounting for elevator cutouts, the upgraded display system processes approximately 16.4 million pixels across 1,106 square feet of digital canvas. The upgraded video wall boasts a crystal-clear resolution of 1,530 x 12,960 pixels, with 2.6 times the pixel density of the original 4 mm LED display.
Global Video Experience
Rather than treating digital displays as signage, the cloud computing giant extends its brand beyond logos and messaging into immersive spatial storytelling for its offices throughout the world. The result is a cohesive, global brand experience that engages employees, partners, and visitors through dynamic LED video technology from the moment they enter the building.
The unified brand experience across Salesforce’s global office portfolio reflects the company’s innovative spirit and reinforces its Trailhead philosophy of growth, exploration, and continuous learning. By integrating curated art, architectural scale, and cutting-edge display technology, Salesforce has created a workplace that physically embodies its aspirations: bold, optimistic, and future-driven.
Media-infused Architecture
Designed by the architect firm Gensler, the digital centerpiece employs “video as architecture,” using light, motion, and environmental content to embody Salesforce’s forward-thinking ethos and its belief in the intersection of technology, creativity, and nature. One of the most critical elements of the retrofit was properly positioning the screen technology around the elevator entrances. This allows the digital wall to become an important part of the physical lobby architecture without being intrusive.
Moving Past the Lobby
Salesforce West also has a BRILLIANT™ Interior LED display with a pixel pitch of 1.6 mm. The screen is approximately 7'5" high x 13'2" wide (1,350 x 2,400 pixels), giving it a total of 3.2 million pixels and 97 square feet of digital display canvas.
