The Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel by Marriott has undergone many recent renovations to upgrade its look and feel. One of the enhancements was a large LED video display, manufactured and supplied by SNA, on the west exterior wall of the hotel.
Vertical LED Display
The Renaissance outdoor LED screen has a 20 mm pixel pitch. The LED display was designed and installed vertically to fit the hotel's west wing exterior wall.
At approximately 47'3" tall by 25'2" wide, the screen has a total resolution of 720 x 384 pixels.
Front-Accessible
For ease of service with the wall-mounted display, all components are easily accessed from the front of the display with minimal tools.
In addition, due to the height of the display and size of the subframes, SNA included custom alignment pins for ease of installation. The pins allowed each subframe section to be easily lowered into place.
