Nassau Cruise Port and Educulture Junkanoo Museum LED Displays
Nassua Cruise Port incorporated two large-format LED video displays as part of a massive multi-year revitalization project to expand and enhance its highly trafficked international cruise gateway. The displays show creative content such as anamorphic and 3D video to welcome guests as they arrive and depart the cruise terminal. They also provide wayfinding, out of home advertising, and community-focused messaging.
SNA Displays built both large-format LED screens from its 6.6 mm EMPIRE™ Exterior line of video display technology. Nassau Port’s arrivals gate display is 22' tall and 45' wide (1,008 x 2,064 pixels). Directed at cruise ship passengers to welcome guests as one of their first touchpoints on the island, the arrivals display features a curve with a nine-foot radius to follow the building’s façade.
An additional video display measuring 22'10" x 29'5" (1,044 x 1,344 pixels) is featured on the façade of Nassau’s Educulture Junkanoo Museum in the port city’s downtown area. Video content on the screen focuses primarily on promoting the museum’s purpose of honoring Nassau’s culture and heritage.
Eastern Sign Tech provided installation services at both display locations.
