Melton Truck Lines Atrium Video Wall
SNA Displays manufactured a 2.5 mm BOLD™ Interior LED video wall for Melton Truck Lines, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, just north of Interstate Highway 44. The video wall is mounted to a stone column above a fireplace in the company’s headquarters atrium. Melton Truck Lines has been a leader in the transportation industry for 70 years, employing state-of-the-art equipment and communications techniques to serve customers from coast to coast.
I was quite impressed and wanted one for my own company. Our staff and visitors love it.
“Before purchasing this display system, I had gone to Raymond James Stadium in Tampa to see SNA Displays’ product in action,” said Randy Rhines, senior vice president and chief information officer for Melton. “Needless to say, I was quite impressed and wanted one for my own company. Our staff and visitors love it.”
At 8'10" high x 15'9" wide (1,080 x 1,920 pixels), the dvLED videowall processes more than 2 million pixels. Melton Truck Lines uses the digital screen for monthly employee celebrations, movie nights, sporting events, and to show live weather updates for drivers preparing for their routes.
“Cutting-edge LED video technology isn’t just for companies with massive budgets,” said Paul England, senior director of design solutions at SNA Displays. “The small-to-medium-sized business market is steadily growing as owners see improved costs and ROI, as well as the many experiential benefits to having dynamic video technology.”
Sound, video, and lighting integrator Ford AV managed the project and installed the LED video wall.
