SNA Displays provided more than a thousand square feet of tight-pitch LED video technology to build an immersive, fully interactive sales center for the Delano Residences & Hotel in Miami. One of two Supertalls built by Property Markets Group (PMG), the Delano-branded condo tower is Florida’s second-tallest building and was designed to complement the nearby Waldorf Astoria.
The sales gallery, which was designed to showcase both the Delano brand and the real estate that PMG is bringing to life, features a purposefully integrated array of LED and LCD solutions from SNA Displays.
Observation Experience
The highlight of the sales center is a fully immersive room featuring incredible content created by Dcode Films that surrounds guests with four 1.5 mm BRILLIANT™ Interior walls and a 2.5 mm BOLD™ Interior LED floor. Capable of re-creating the inside of a room with incredible fidelity or giving users a bird's-eye view of the city, the Observation Experience is the future of interactive real estate sales technology. Each wall measures approximately 7’9” tall x 14’9” wide (1,512 x 4,500 pixels) except the one which has a 3-foot entrance gap.
The floor measures approximately 14’9” x 14’9” (1,800 x 1,800) and uses stronger panel casings for a more rugged product capable of withstanding visitors walking on it.
Balcony Display
The 1.5 mm BRILLIANT™ Interior balcony display is integrated into an apartment showroom to provide highly realistic views of nature, city life, and more as if one were looking outside a window. The screen measures approximately 10’ tall x 24’7” wide (1,944 x 4,807).
Sales Gallery
The demonstration center includes a screen that incorporates interactive 3D models created by SmartPixel using photogrammetric city data. These specialists in real estate sales tools blended SNA Displays' LED video hardware with their proprietary software to transform architecture plans into 3D-rendered, on-screen models that users can interact with using a tablet controller. Built for pre-construction sales presentations, the application helps the sales team show buyers what the future development will look and feel like before it is complete, including the building, surrounding area, views, amenities, media, and key project details in one interactive environment. The 1.5 mm sales gallery screen measures 11’ tall x 19’8” wide (2,160 x 3,840).
SNA Displays also manufactured a 6’8” tall x 11’9” wide (1,296 x 2,304) reception display and provided a dozen LCD TVs of different sizes, wall-mounted in an artistic mosaic pattern.
