NEW YORK—SNA Displays’ digital signage network at The Battery Atlanta was awarded Retail & Hospitality Project of the Year by a panel of judges for AV Awards Americas. The awards, launched by AV Magazine, is a regional extension of the global AV Awards that shines a spotlight on the most outstanding projects, technologies, businesses, and people driving innovation, transformation, and impact across the Western Hemisphere
About the Project
The Battery Atlanta is a year-round mixed-use development adjacent to Truist Park that is owned and operated by the Atlanta Braves. SNA Displays upgraded the destination entertainment venue with a robust digital signage network of large-format LED screens that serve various needs for the Braves and local businesses, including live broadcasts of Braves games, on-premise advertising, and messaging across the signage network. The development and its new video network provide a physical extension of Atlanta Braves baseball beyond the ballpark, allowing fans plenty of options for engagement and entertainment.
The 2025 award judges were made up of an independent panel of senior representatives from end-user organizations, consultants, and key industry leaders who followed a rigorous two-stage judging process to select this year’s winners. The panel recognized The Battery Atlanta as a standout example of digital placemaking and innovative AV integration. They also highlighted the signage network’s ability to coordinate across multiple areas with a unified content system and noted SNA Displays’ technical excellence in transforming The Battery Atlanta into “a world-class model for smart, engaging, and commercially impactful environments.”
“It’s exciting to see the work of our team and partners recognized by such a panel of experts in the AV industry,” said Mitch Leathers, vice president of marketing and communications for SNA Displays. “This recognition definitely highlights the benefit of great project management and quality field work in such a dynamic environment.”
SNA Displays is continuing its work with the Atlanta Braves both at Truist Park and The Battery Atlanta, completing several installations before the 2026 home opener at the Braves’ ballpark.
“The quality, creativity, and technical ambition demonstrated in this year’s entries made the judging process both inspiring and incredibly competitive,” said Clive Couldwell, group editor for AV Magazine. “Congratulations to all of the companies and individuals recognised; your work represents the very best of the AV industry across the Americas.”
AV Magazine will host a dedicated winners’ party at InfoComm 2026 in Las Vegas.
