UNITED STATES—The global leader in real estate, Simon®, recently completed a large-scale digital signage upgrade at nine Simon locations across the United States using LED video technology from SNA Displays. Primarily for retail tenant advertising and other on-premises messaging, each of the display systems are suspended from ceilings at high-traffic areas.
The following Simon Malls shopping centers received upgrades:
- Arizona Mills® (Tempe, AZ)
- Concord Mills® (Concord, NC)
- Grapevine Mills® (Grapevine, TX)
- Great Mall® (Milpitas, CA)
- Gurnee Mills® (Gurnee, IL)
- Katy Mills® (Katy, TX)
- Ontario Mills® (Ontario, CA)
- Potomac Mills® (Woodbridge, VA)
- Sawgrass Mills® (Sunrise, FL)

For the rollout, which was completed earlier this year, SNA Displays manufactured two double-sided BOLD™ Interior LED displays for each location for a total of 36 LED faces. Signs at seven of the locations measure 9’ tall x 15’7” wide (704 x 1,216 pixels) while signs at two locations measure 6’7” tall x 10’8” wide (512 x 832). Each screen employs a 3.9 mm pixel pitch.
