SNA Displays’ Paul England to Present at Digital Signage Experience 2022

Paul England, director of design solutions at SNA Displays, will speak at the 2022 Digital Signage Experience (DSE), a three-day digital signage conference at the Las Vegas Convention Center in November. The session, entitled “DVLED: What You Need to Know,” will cover important design considerations regarding direct-view LED display installations. Paul will present alongside Brad Sagar, technologist for AVI-SPL’s Experience Technology Group (XTG).

Direct-view LEDs have risen in popularity for many reasons, including their seamless, bezel-free configurations for both indoor and outdoor applications. Furthermore, as the cost for dvLEDs comes down, it only stands to reason that their usage will continue to increase.

Paul and Brad will help attendees determine the pros and cons of various dvLED configurations and understand what pixel pitch to use for different applications. They will discuss recommended viewing distances, mounting options, and what components are necessary to make it all work. They will also share examples of dvLED installations for inspiration.

I’m also thankful to see DSE back with renewed energy! The last few years have taken a toll on many things and many people, but it’s nice to see DSE fashioning their place in our industry again.
