Checking In…

…and checking out some suite displays.

The hospitality industry presents a perfect case study for the versatile benefits of LED video technology. From distant, top-of-funnel advertising (say, a billboard) to more direct messaging closer to customer action (an on-premise monument or façade display) to experience-boosting dvLEDs (lobby video walls and behind-the-bar screens), LED video is an indispensable tool for decision-makers in the world of hospitality. And that doesn’t even include that simple but dynamic ability to turn prominent surfaces into valuable real estate: out of home. Particularly in major markets and densely populated areas, where developers and owners know well the value of their location, digital out of home (DOOH) is a key source of revenue.

Let’s check in with a few LED display rollouts pertinent to the hospitality industry to get a feel for LED video tech’s versatility.

MARGARITAVILLE RESORT ORLANDO

The extensive LED display network for Margaritaville’s flagship resort and waterpark serves numerous purposes, including advertisements directed at vacationers outside of the park, wayfinding once inside the park, on-premise branding and messaging, and fun-in-the-sun, mood-setting experiences. Many dvLEDs offer scenic views to match the hotel’s vibe or inspire guests to take advantage of the concierge desk to book exciting activities.
