2025: A Year in Review

2025 was a momentous year for SNA Displays. As we ushered in the close of the 21st century’s first quarter, we also marked our 10th year in Times Square. Moving our flagship office to perhaps the most recognized LED display ecosystem in the world further solidified SNA Displays as a leader in the digital signage space. While we’re so thankful that we’ve grown leaps and bounds in the last decade, branching out to other major markets in the US and beyond, we’re proud to still call Times Square home.

This year was another “best” for us – a trend we plan to continue in 2026. While you enjoy a few standouts selected by our Communications Team, we would like to extended our gratitude to all of Team SNA, each and every one of our great partners and vendors, and of course our valued clients: THANK YOU!

Pretty Cool Projects

Play Ball

2025 was another big year for our involvement in the world of sports. Videoboards and other display installations spanned baseball, basketball, football, and hockey venues at all levels.

Pixels in Progress

This year we were happy to launch a new blog series called Pixels in Progress. Spearheaded by Media Production Specialist Davis Green, Pixels in Progress aims to shine a spotlight on the skilled technicians in the field and the often-overlooked complexity of bringing high-profile video experiences to life. We’ve really enjoyed featuring the work our installation crew does, so you can expect more behind-the-screens installation goodness in the future.

Back Again

We strive to create long-term partnerships with our clients, so it’s always wonderful when we get to upgrade our own technology, particularly when we’re replacing display technology that has been in operation far beyond the 10-year, 100,000 hours industry standard. Some of these highlights included the displays at Boston District Hall, Queen City Quarter, and Salesforce West at 50 Fremont in San Francisco, mostly known as the “waterfall screen.”

We also recently announced a return to the Circa Digital Spectacular to make an even bigger, higher-resolution LED experience that will become the largest curved DOOH screen on the West Coast. The work is well underway, and we look forward to sharing new images and video soon.

In addition to the above-mentioned upgrades, SNA Displays is also building on recent partnerships with various clients including continuing phases at LA Live, Centennial Yards, Truist Park, Rogers Centre, and E-Walk Times Square.

It goes to show that good things happen when you perform well and develop real relationships instead of just selling products.

People First

We continued to attract more top industry talent to join Team SNA. This year we were happy to bring on board new sales directors, installation managers, health and safety personnel, systems personnel, and many more who made the step to Build Big with SNA Displays

As Seen on TV

The Palace Theater was featured on an episode of America ByDesign: Architecture, a CBS program that introduces mass audiences to the latest trends in contemporary design. The Palace Theater LED marquee made it to primetime television on May 3, 2025, in a story about the theater’s renovation that included the technological upgrade to the venue’s marquee. That’s not the last time we’ll be on the TV, either. Expect another feature episode on the AT&T Discovery District in 2026.

In Case You Missed It

Limelight: The SNA Blog continued to help us demonstrate how We Build Big. Whether it’s highlighting the big ideas, big experiences, and big impacts that make our industry great, or sharing helpful use-cases to spark the imagination, Limelight lets us get a little more in-depth on topics that we think are interesting. We even included a little April Fools Day fun. Enjoy some of our favorites:

Lights, Camera, Action

Grab your popcorn and enjoy these video productions highlighting a few of our favorite stories, projects, and people. Some fun numbers: our internal marketing team took about 44,000 photos and 2,500 video clips – 20 hours or 1.6 terabytes if you want to get nerdy.

Giving Back

Around summer of this year, we enjoyed sharing a wonderful story about how Badsha Chowdhury, one of our installation managers, helped build an orphanage using one of SNA Displays’ internal reward systems. If you haven’t read it, definitely check out the story.

In another example of giving back, Vice President of Operations Jason Helton donated his time to design and assemble (in his garage!) several large-format LED screens (also donated by SNA) for the Leander High School marching band. As a band parent, Jason saw an opportunity to upcycle several older LED screens to provide his local community with a fun and unique upgrade to the highly competitive school’s 2025 marching band season.

A particularly noteworthy element to this story is how the displays are powered throughout the performance. To provide a mobile solution with no noise pollution, Jason and the SNA Team developed a solution comprised of nine 3,600-watt high-performance batteries. Greatly helping with mobility and the efficiency of setup and teardown, the batteries provide ample power throughout the show’s peak surges as well. Kudos to everyone who helped out! It’s wonderful to see our technology elevate local communities.

Supporting the Arts

We love to support artists of all stripes—not just those who work primarily in the digital medium. One way we do that is through a relationship with CODAworx, an organization that provides a platform for creative professionals to show their work and match up with people looking to build public art. Every year, SNA Displays’ Build Big Scholarship covers costs for art students to attend CODAsummit, where they gain valuable insight into how to take the next step in their careers. This year, we sent four students to Washington, DC, to connect with other professionals and grow professionally.

A new collaboration with CODAworx developed this year through our sponsorship of the CODAzine Interviews series. This online magazine profiles artists and other creators to shine a light on the people who work at the intersection of technology, placemaking, and public art, influencing our culture and environment with cutting-edge technology, visionary design, and important messaging. Ok, that’s the official tagline, but what it means is that we got to help some incredibly talented artists tell their story and highlight some truly amazing art.

Bringing Home the Gold

Awards season was tough this year, with a field full of strong contenders. It’s been wonderful to see the digital signage industry acknowledge our team’s dedication and effort, not just in the U.S. but internationally as well. We had numerous projects make it into the finals and even came home with a couple of new trophies.

Sharing Knowledge

This year, we offered even more educational opportunities for clients, partners, and end-users in and around the digital signage marketplace across North America. For example, our series of co-hosted seminars titled Pixels To Processing: Specifying a World-Class Display Solution took us to Fairfax, VA; Washington, DC; Denver; Kansas City, MO; Chicago; and our New York HQ. Attendees earned three Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) credits and had the opportunity to network with other industry professionals. The seminars were a great opportunity to share industry knowledge, make professional connections, and have fun! Stay tuned for information about the North American markets Pixels To Processing will be visiting in 2026. To express interest in P2P seminars, contact us here.

A few other ways we shared our industry knowledge included Paul England, senior direct of design solutions, speaking at Digital Signage Experience in San Diego; Richard Hill, director of sales, sitting down with Commercial Integrator to discuss dvLED applications in museums and themed entertainment; and David Kile, senior director of solutions, joining a panel discussion at rAVe’s 2025 ProAV Symposium.

As you can see, 2025 was a whirlwind of activity, and we’ll build even bigger in 2026!
